School officials, students, parents, and families of the Class of 2017 braved the elements before a quiet evening for the graduation ceremony at Meade County High School Friday (5/19) evening.
About three hours of rainfall hampered setup efforts and created a muddy walk for the senior class as they came onto Hamilton Field for the final time. Even with the rain, the bleachers were filled by family and friends, who supported their graduate. Each speaker of the senior class, provided the candid moments which they reflected upon as their favorite memories with their fellow classmates and teachers. Each speaker gave a inspirational punctuation to transition of life for the senior class.
WVIH.com and Tamber’s Pix captured the entire evening by video and still pictures, which are available for purchase now by mail per the downloadable order form. Due to a technical glitch during the ceremony, the limited live stream is available for viewing in the “On Demand” section.
