Louisville Metro Police say detectives seized a pound of pure fentanyl in addition to several other drugs and firearms on Friday.
Detectives executed a search warrant in the 5000 block of Yew Lane at around 6 p.m. on Friday, September 26, as part of an ongoing narcotics investigation.
The search led to the seizure of two unlawfully possessed firearms, 5.26 ounces of cocaine, eight ounces of marijuana, and a pound of pure fentanyl, which is enough to kill around 225,000 people.
This investigation remains ongoing.
