One of the men wanted in a multi-county theft investigation has been arrested.
On November 4, Bowling Green Police released the suspects arrested after an extensive investigation into several theft cases in Warren and Edmonson counties.
One of the individuals, 64-year-old Joseph W. Pulliam of Bowling Green, was involved and had an indictment warrant for his role in the theft ring.
On November 12, a citizen spotted Pulliam at a local restaurant and recognized him from recent news and social media coverage. Thanks to that citizen tip, patrol officers located him and served him his outstanding warrants.
He was taken to the Warren County Regional Jail and charged with the following:
Two counts of 1st degree Criminal Mischief
Three counts of Theft by Unlawful Taking or Disposition of all others $1,000 < $10,000
Two counts of Persistent Felony Offender
Two counts of 2nd degree Criminal Trespassing

Pulliam was lodged in the Warren County Regional Jail under a $5,025 cash bond.
