Just a few months ago, a Florida man allegedly went on a destructive rampage in Cave City, and he has now been indicted.
Roy E. Spiker, 77, of Auburndale, faces five counts of first-degree criminal mischief, a Class D felony, after a grand jury returned the indictment November 19.
Authorities say Spiker was caught on video August 23 at Treasure Trove Park operating a skid steer, flipping vehicles and causing significant property damage.
Spiker is scheduled to appear for arraignment in Barren County on January 5, 2026, at 10 a.m.
