A Louisville man was indicted for a September homicide on Thursday, according to Louisville Metro Police.
A Jefferson County Grand Jury indicted 33-year-old Victor Presley Jr. on several charges, including murder.
Presley was taken into custody on December 18, 2025, in connection with a homicide that took place in the Phoenix Hill neighborhood on September 14, 2025.
In addition to murder, Presley is being charged with convicted felon in possession of a handgun, receiving stolen property and convicted felon in possession of a firearm.
Presley’s bail has been set at $75,000.
His arraignment is scheduled for January 5, 2026.
