
Two Indiana men were arrested over the weekend after a burglary at a business in Adair County.
In the early morning of December 21, Columbia Police responded to a reported burglary in progress at a local business.
Two suspects were reportedly making forced entry using burglary tools.
Following the investigation, 48 year-old Marcus D. Halliburton of Indianapolis, Indiana and 57 year-old Kenneth H. Palmer III of Catherwood, Indiana were taken into custody and charged with the following offenses:
Criminal Trespassing, 3rd Degree
Burglary, 1st Degree
Possession of Burglary Tools
Criminal Mischief, 1st Degree
TBUT OR DISP AUTO $10,000<$1,000,000 (attempt)
Possession of Marijuana
Both individuals were transported to the Adair County Regional Jail.
