A man is dead after a shooting in southwest Louisville, according to police.
Officers responded to a call at around 6:25 p.m. of a shooting in the 6600 block of Skyline Drive on Thursday, December 25.
At the scene, police found a man inside the address suffering from a gunshot wound. Despite first responders rendering first aid, the victim was pronounced dead at the scene.
LMPD’s Homicide Unit is leading the investigation.
All involved parties are believed to be accounted for.
