
An Elizabethtown man is in custody after being accused of stabbing and killing his mother in a Radcliff nursing home.
According to Radcliff Police Chief Jeffrey Cross, officers responded to a call at 2:06 p.m. of a stabbing at Signature HealthCARE at North Hardin on Friday, January 2.
Suspect, 33 year-old Joseph Curtis, is accused of visiting his mother’s room at the nursing home and stabbing her multiple times until she died.
Curtis is being held at the Hardin County Detention Center, where he has been charged with murder-domestic violence. His arraignment is scheduled for Monday, January 5, at 8:30 a.m.
