The Kentucky State Police Post 03 Bowling Green received a call around 1:30 p.m. on February 14 regarding an unresponsive male in Hart County.
Troopers responded to a residence in the 200 block of Vial Street in Horse Cave and located the unresponsive male, later identified as 46 year-old John Ray. He was flown to the University of Louisville Hospital, where he later succumbed to his injuries.
The investigation continues by the Kentucky State Police.
