Louisville Metro Police are investigating after a man was shot on Dixie Highway Thursday evening.
Officers responded to a call at around 7:13 p.m. of a shooting in the 2200 block of Dixie Highway near New Horizon Baptist Church on Thursday, March 5.
At the scene, police found a man who had been shot in the arm and began to provide aid until EMS arrived. The victim was taken to UofL Hospital, where he is expected to survive.
