A grand jury in Jefferson County has formally indicted a man alleged to have sexually abused a child.
Court records show 30 year-old Ryan Horrar is accused of having sex with a child 12 years or younger on March 15, 2026.
The records show Horrar has a family connection to the child.
Horrar is charged with 1st degree rape and incest.
He faces up to life in prison if convicted.
