A body was found in the Ohio River near the Great Lawn in Louisville Thursday evening.
According to Louisville Metro Police, just after 5:30 p.m., officers responded to the 300 block of River Road after getting a report of a body in the river.
LMPD’s Homicide unit is leading the investigation.
