A teenager is in critical condition in the hospital after a shooting happened in Shively on Thursday.
Shively Police said officers were called to the 2900 block of Dixie Highway on reports of a shooting just after 5:05 p.m.
Officers arrived to find a teenager suffering from a gunshot wound, according to law enforcement.
Police said he was taken to the hospital and is in critical condition.
The investigation is ongoing.
