The state’s highest court has denied former Kentucky Governor Matt Bevin’s request for a new judge in his ongoing child support battle.
Last month, Judge Angela Johnson denied her own recusal, saying there were no grounds for her removal.
In its new ruling Thursday, the Kentucky Supreme Court also denied Bevin’s request for a new judge.
