
A man is in the hospital after being shot in the Parkland neighborhood, according to Louisville Metro Police.
Officers responded to a call at around 3:55 p.m. of a shooting in the 2700 block of Hale Avenue on Saturday, May 9.
At the scene, police found a man who had been shot in the chest. The victim was taken to UofL Hospital by EMS and is expected to survive.
Louisville Metro Police Department says there are no known suspects at this time. Anyone with potential information is asked to call LMPD’s Anonymous Tip Line at (502) 574-LMPD (5673) or to use the online Crime Tip Portal.
