A suspect has been arrested in connection with a series of reported indecent exposure incidents at Cherokee Park.
Gregory Mack, 59, was arrested late Friday at his home and arraigned on Saturday morning. Mack entered a not guilty plea, and the judge set his bond at $2,500.
The case involves multiple recent complaints from parkgoers who reported a man exposing and stimulating himself along park roadways and walking paths. Some of the witnesses have been children.
Police have been asking anyone who witnessed suspicious behavior to come forward, and sources familiar with the investigation say a possible arrest or booking has been made.
A couple of the victims were able to capture photos of the man. Police encourage anyone with additional information to contact Louisville Metro Police. Park visitors are encouraged to call 911 immediately if they see suspicious activity.
