The Kentucky State Police Post 03 was notified around 7:30 a.m. Monday (05/25) of a female of Glasgow, reporting that her boyfriend, 26 year-old Abdulah Mohmand, of Bowling Green, had replaced her prescription medication with an unknown medication.
She advised that she was pregnant and had concerns for the safety of her unborn child.
After an investigation, a search warrant for Mohmand’s residence was obtained. During a search of the residence, medication was found to match the unknown medication that was located at the female’s residence.
Mohmand was charged with attempted Fetal Homicide. He was lodged in the Barren County Detention Center under a $100,000 cash bond and scheduled to appear in court on May 28.
The investigation is ongoing by the Kentucky State Police.
