have identified the victim of a deadly shooting that happened Wednesday in Hopkinsville.
Hopkinsville Police said officers responded to the shooting scene in the area of Walnut Street and E 12th Street around 12:20p.m.
When they got there, they found 19 year-old Jordan Jones with a gunshot wound to his chest. Police said he was taken to the hospital where he died from his injuries.
No arrests have been made yet. Police said they are continuing to investigate and ask anyone with information to contact ECC at 270-890-1300.
