Brandon Bond of Glasgow is now formally charged in a deadly domestic shooting in Barren County.
A grand jury in the 43rd Judicial Circuit returned an indictment against Bond listing three felony counts.
Count one is murder – domestic violence, accusing Bond of shooting and killing Ava Woodcock with a handgun on April 6 in Barren County.
Count two is first-degree fetal homicide, alleging he caused the death of an unborn child during that same incident.
Count three charges Bond with first-degree fleeing or evading police on foot, saying he knowingly ignored an officer’s order to stop and ran off immediately after the domestic violence.
Court records set Bond’s bail at $2 million cash only.
