Shively Police have arrested 44 year-old Timothy A. Johnson in connection with the May 30 robbery and stabbing at the Speedway at 4417 Dixie Highway.
Johnson is charged with Robbery 1st Degree and Assault 2nd Degree.
Officers were called around 2:05 a.m. May 30 to the Speedway at 4417 Dixie Highway, where they say a woman standing outside the business was approached by an unknown person, robbed, and stabbed. Police said the woman’s injuries were not life-threatening, and she was taken for medical treatment.
