In a statement Monday, Louisville Metro Police Department said officers noticed large crowds gathered in the Highlands. Police worked to clear congested parking lots and keep sidewalks accessible for everyone.
However, officers also addressed a number of issues including public drinking, disorderly conduct, street racing ordinance violations, marijuana offenses and illegal firearm possession.
