A teenage boy was found shot to death Tuesday afternoon in Louisville’s Park DuValle neighborhood.
Matthew Sanders, a spokesperson for Louisville Metro Police, said officers responded to a field in the 3600 block of Bohne Avenue after a body was found. That is behind Carter Elementary School off Bohne Avenue and near Russell Lee Drive.
Police said a boy, believed to be 15 years old, was dead and had an apparent gunshot wound.
LMPD’s Homicide Unit is investigating.
