A man is dead after crashing his motorcycle at the Waterfront Thursday morning, according to Louisville Metro Police Department.
Officers responded to a reported single-vehicle motorcycle crash at the intersection of Witherspoon Street and Preston Street around 2:40 a.m. on June 11.
Their preliminary investigation determined that the man was driving his motorcycle, lost control and hit a curb and crashed. The man has been identified by the Jefferson County Coroner’s Office as 30-year-old Weslee Estrada.
The LMPD Traffic Unit is handling the investigation.
