Bowling Green man was arrested on Wednesday after allegations in relation to the sexual assault of a teen girl.
On June 24, detectives from the Bowling Green Police Department arrested 21 year-old Jatarius Trevon Simmons.
Simmons is accused of sexually assaulting a 15-year-old female after she became sick and incapacitated.
Police say he is also accused of making statements threatening to kill the victim and members of her family.
Simmons is charged with:
Rape, First Degree (Incapable of Consent/Physically Helpless)
Sodomy, First Degree (Incapable of Consent/Physically Helpless)
Intimidating a Participant in a Legal Process
He is being held in the Warren County Regional Jail under a $15,000 cash bond and scheduled to appear in court on June 26.
