Kentucky State Police arrested a Lawrence County man following an undercover Internet Crimes Against Children investigation.
Troopers say 39-year-old Ricky Henry was taken into custody on June 25, after investigators found a suspect uploading sexually explicit images of juveniles online.
Kentucky State Police said a search warrant was served at a Louisa residence, and multiple pieces of equipment were seized for forensic examination. Henry is charged with nine counts of possessing matter portraying a minor under 12 in a sexual performance, a Class C felony punishable by 5-10 years in prison. He is being held at the Big Sandy Detention Center as the investigation continues.
