Two men are in custody following a non-fatal shooting last month in Louisville’s Shelby Park neighborhood.
Antoine Cole, 49, and Robert Garth, 24, were arrested on Tuesday, August 11, according to the Louisville Metro Police Department.
Both men face charges of complicity to second-degree assault, complicity to first-degree wanton endangerment, and theft-related counts stemming from the incident.
The arrests follow an investigation into a shooting that occurred on July 25 in the 400 block of Shelby Parkway. Officers responding to the scene found a man suffering from a gunshot wound to his leg. The victim was treated at UofL Hospital for injuries that were not life-threatening.
Louisville Metro Police detectives obtained arrest warrants for Cole and Garth after identifying them through surveillance footage and follow-up investigations.
