
Louisville Metro Police are investigating after a teenager was shot early Saturday morning in the Middletown area.
According to Louisville Metro Police Detpartment, officers responded to a report of a shooting in the 12700 block of Shelbyville Road around 12:40 a.m.
When officers arrived at the scene, they found a 16-year-old male suffering from a gunshot wound to the leg. He was transported to UofL Hospital with injuries that are believed to be non-life-threatening.
Police said there are currently no known suspects.
