A Hopkinsville woman is facing multiple charges after a traffic stop Sunday evening on Greenville Road.
Michele Atkinson is charged with no registration plates, failure to register the transfer of a motor vehicle, possession of meth, and failure to wear a seat belt, according to a media release from the Christian County Sheriff’s Office.
Officials said during the stop, a law enforcement K9 alerted on the vehicle and officers searched Atkinson’s vehicle and found suspected meth, a loaded syringe, and a digital scale.
Atkinson was arrested and lodged in the Christian County Jail.
