A man was arrested early Thursday morning after police say he threatened to shoot staff members at a hospital in west Louisville.
Artius Graham, 50, is charged with terroristic threatening (second degree), according to court documents.
At about 1:15 a.m., Louisville Metro Police officers responded to Norton West Louisville Hospital for reports of a man threatening to shoot staff members, according to his arrest citation.
Louisville Metro Police officers on scene were shown a video of four security officers escorting Graham off the property, during which, security officers said Graham said he was “going to get twelve of his buddies across the street and have them come shoot all of them,” the arrest citation said.
Staff members told police Graham also said he was going to shoot them.
A few minutes later, officers found Graham at the bus stop at West Broadway and South 28th Street and placed him under arrest.
Graham is currently being held at Louisville Metro Department of Corrections. He is expected in court for his arraignment on September 11.
