A Louisville man was arrested Tuesday in connection with a shooting that injured four people, including a teenager earlier this month.
Louisville Metro Police Department said detectives located 29-year-old James A. Ditto Jr. during a visit with Kentucky Probation and Parole. He was taken into custody.
Ditto is charged with second-degree assault, first-degree wanton endangerment and possession of a handgun by a convicted felon.
The shooting happened around 11:35 p.m. on September 11 in the 1000 block of Esquire Alley.
When officers arrived, they found four people suffering from gunshot wounds. The victims were a 53-year-old woman, a 28-year-old man, a 16-year-old boy and a 29-year-old man.
All four were taken to UofL Hospital for treatment. Police said they were expected to survive.
LMPD’s Non-Fatal Shooting Unit is leading the ongoing investigation.
