A body was found in Beargrass Creek in Louisville Wednesday and authorities are investigating.
Dispatchers were called in reference to a body in the 900 block of East Broadway around 4:30 p.m., Louisville Metro Police Department spokesperson Dwight Mitchell confirmed. When officers arrived they found a man dead in the water.
The Louisville Metro Police Department Major Crimes Unit is investigating.
