Fire officials say a man was killed in a garage fire early Sunday morning in Louisville’s Southland Park neighborhood.
Joshua Neil Dyer, 31, was pronounced dead of smoke inhalation at 5:24 a.m., according to Chief Deputy Coroner Jo Ann Farmer. He was found dead in the garage of a home located in the 6600 block of Evangeline Avenue.
The garage is separate from the main structure of the house, but had been partially converted into a living area.
Arson investigators are still working to determine the cause of the fire.
