A man has been charged in a Friday night shooting death of a Fairdale man.
Police were called to the 1300 block of Woodchester Way in Fairdale where they found the body of 45 year-old Donald Box with multiple gun shot wounds.
Early Saturday morning, police arrested 29 year-old Joshua R. Goodman, in connection with Box’s murder.
According to LMPD Spokesperson Dwight Mitchell, Goodman entered the mobile home about 9 p.m., looking for the victim’s father. The two got into an argument and the victim told Goodman to leave. As he was leaving, Goodman shot the victim.
Goodman is charged with murder and tampering with physical evidence.
The shooting remains under investigation by the Louisville Metro Police Department’s homicide unit.
