A body has been found in a lake on the Peabody WMA property in Ohio County.
Kentucky State Police detectives were called to the scene after a hunter reported finding the body around 8 am Sunday (12/18) morning. Detectives and the coroner recovered the body.
The person’s identity has not been determined, but police confirm the person is a woman between the ages of 20 and 30. At this point, KSP can’t rule out homicide. An autopsy has been scheduled for Monday morning at the medical examiner’s office in Madisonville.
