The Beaver Dam man charged with murdering 30 year-old Amanda Riley of Livermore had his case sent to the Ohio County Grand Jury.
Donald Lynch, 41, appeared in an Ohio County courtroom Tuesday (1/3) morning and waived his preliminary hearing. Lynch was arrested for Riley’s murder on December 20 after her body was found in an Ohio County lake by a fisherman. Lynch’s case now goes directly to the Grand Jury, where he faces indictment.
Lynch, who pled not guilty last week to the murder charge, is also charged with trafficking in a controlled substance. He waived his preliminary hearing on that charge last week. He is being held in the Ohio County Detention Center on a $500,000 bond.
