The runaway teenager accused of crimes in multiple counties appeared in Grayson Circuit Court Tuesday(1/3).
Dalton Hayes’ jury trial for burglary and theft is scheduled for February 1. Hayes was arrested in January 2015 after two weeks on the run with a minor.
He has a pretrial conference set for April 18 on charges of rape and custodial interference, and another pretrial conference on September 5 for theft of an auto and a firearm, criminal mischief, and criminal trespass. Hayes was 18 years old at the time of the alleged crimes.
