A Scottsville man was arrested February 17 on drug charges.
Detectives with the Barren River Drug Task Force searched a home on Washington School Road which led to the recovery of a stolen vehicle along with the seizure of crystal meth and drug paraphernalia.
John (Scooter) Higdon was arrested and charged with possession of a controlled substance 1st degree, 1st offense – methamphetamine and drug paraphernalia – buy/possess.
The investigation of the stolen vehicle is continuing and more charges are expected.
