A man pleaded guilty on Thursday to a murder in May 2022, according to court documents.
Documents indicate that Isaac Johnson, Jr. pleaded guilty to the murder of 54 year-old Eddie Thompson, of Bowling Green.
Police arrested Johnson after a family dispute on May 27, 2022 on Walnut Creek Court just after 10 p.m. after they responded to calls of a shooting.
Police said that Johnson shot Thompson with a rifle.
Thompson was taken to the Medical Center where he later died.
Court documents indicate that a sentencing for Johnson is set for May 9.
