An Owensboro man was arrested Friday (08/28) on child porn charges.
Kentucky State Police Post 16 arrested 34 year-old Justin D. Thomas and charged him with Possession of Matter of Sex Performance By Minor over 12 but under 18, 1st Offense and Proc Or Prom Use Of Minor By Electronic Means.
Thomas was lodged in the Daviess County Detention Center under a $100,000 cash bond.
The incident remains under investigation by the Kentucky State Police.
