Thomas Lawrence Musiak, 67 of Radcliff, passed away Saturday, September 12, 2015, at his residence.
He is survived by…
His wife: Sharon Musiak of Radcliff.
Three children: Sheila Musiak of New York, Nathan Kane Musiak of Texas and Kathryn C. Dicicco of Illinois.
Eight grandchildren and two great-grandchildren.
Two sisters: Chrissy Penn of New York and Dedee Watson of New York.
One brother: Ed Musiak of South Carolina.
Funeral services will be held at 1 p.m. Wednesday, September 16, 2015, at Coffey & Chism Funeral Home in Vine Grove. Burial will follow in Kentucky Veterans Central Cemetery in Radcliff with military honors.
Visitation will be at the funeral home from 5 until 8 p.m. Tuesday, and after 11 a.m. on Wednesday.
