
Ford Motor Company announced on Tuesday (12/01) it will invest $1.3 billion in its Kentucky Truck Plant and create 2,000 jobs to support the launch of the 2017 Ford F-Series Super Duty truck.
The $1.3 billion investment will go toward creating an all-new body shop, upgrading the current facility and retooling to build the new truck, according to Ford.
The company has not announced when it will start hiring for the new positions.
