A Berea pharmacist is accused of conspiring to illegally distribute pseudoephedrine, oxycodone and suboxone.
Lonnie Hubbard was indicted on 38 counts in federal court on Friday.
It says Hubbard operated Rx Discount, which was organized in 2009. It says the conspiracy began in 2010 and continued until earlier this month.
Pseudoephedrine can be used to manufacture methamphetamines. Oxycodone and suboxone are narcotics.
The indictment says Lonnie Hubbard and Meggan Hubbard used illegal drug money to buy cars, a boat, a house and property.
Lonnie Hubbard’s initial appearances and arraignment is scheduled for Monday in federal court in Lexington.
