Bullitt County Public Schools will pursue criminal charges against the minor who threatened to bomb Hebron Middle School earlier this week.
Bullitt County Public Schools attorney Eric Farris said Thursday in addition to that, the school district will also seek restitution from the minor.
If granted it could be a hefty bill, paying the cost of bomb sweeping dogs, added security and the amount of money lost from the state for reduced attendance.
