A man who walked away from a Henryville Correctional Facility on Friday, was apprehended early Sunday morning.
Rodney Miller, 21, was taken into custody at 2 a.m. in Ellettsville, which is over 80 miles away from the Clark County correctional facility he walked out of shortly after 8 p.m. Friday.
Both Miller and his girlfriend surrendered to Department of Correction officials, the U.S. Marshals Service and Indiana State Police without incident. Both are now being held in the Morgan County jail, according to Dennie Oxley, the Public Information Officer for the Henryville Correctional Facility.
Miller was incarcerated after being convicted of theft and receiving stolen property. He was set to be released on May 3, 2016.
