The man accused of stabbing his father during a Warren County church service pleaded not guilty Monday.
Ethan Buckley made his first circuit court appearance on first degree assault where he was set up with a court appointed attorney.
Buckley admitted to police that he stabbed his father, David, in August at Hillvue Heights Baptist Church.
Police said his intent was to kill his dad.
