An altercation early Wednesday (09/28) morning between a Grayson County Sheriff’s Deputy and a suspect sent the suspect to the hospital then to jail.
According to the Grayson County Sheriff’s Department, 26-year-old Thomas Clark refused to comply with Deputy Bryan Bohn’s commands and struggled with the deputy, who tried to use a taser and baton to subdue Clark. Bohn had approached Clark along Delmer Drive in Leithfield in regard to a suspicious person/trespassing complaint.
Clark was restrained as other officers arrived on scene. He was taken to Twin Lakes Hospital for treatment of cuts and scrapes. He was then lodged in the Grayson County Detention Center on multiple charges, including third degree assault and resisting arrest.
