Kentucky State Police say a body found in Lincoln County has been identified as a Danville woman missing since late September.
State Police said in a news release Sunday the state medical examiner’s office identified the body as 22-year-old Desiree Sparks.
The statement says she last was seen in Danville on September 27. Her body was found in the Stanton area.
The investigation is continuing.
