A man is facing charges after a follow up on a terroristic threatening and burglary complaint ends after a pursuit through two counties.
The Ohio County Sheriff’s Office responded to a 200 block of Autry Lane in Olaton around 3:40 pm Sunday (10/18) for an incident that happened earlier that day. While deputies were speaking with the victim, the suspect, later identified as 51 year-old Ronald Willis returned to the scene. Deputies demanded Willis to get out of the car, but he allegedly fled the scene and almost hit two other drivers. He reportedly drove through several yards and changed direction several times while driving recklessly.
The pursuit continued into Grayson County where Willis finally stopped but still refused to get out. Deputies used a taser to take him into custody. Willis is charged with Burglary, Terroristic Threatening, Fleeing or Evading Police, Wanton Endangerment, and Resisting Arrest. Willis was lodged into the Ohio County Jail.
