A Hart County man is facing an attempted murder charge after a man called Kentucky State Police on Sunday to tell them that someone poured gas on his relative and set him on fire.
Troopers say 25 year-old Roger Buckner had serious burns to most of his body. He was taken to the University of Louisville Hospital and is listed in critical condition.
On Monday, police arrested 39 year-old Jason Kitzero of Bonnieville and lodged in the Hart County Jail where he is charged with Attempted Murder.
