Drivers who commute into Louisville from Southern Indiana will receive some major relief soon.
The long awaited ramp to Interstate 64 east and Interstate 71 north from Interstate 65 south will open Monday morning. That also means there will be five available lanes of traffic on the Kennedy Bridge.
Tolling is expected to start sometime in December and may even begin before the East End Bridge is open.
